The Bitcoin.com Wallet app, available on iOS and Android, serves over 50 million wallets created. It enables buying, selling, exchanging, and managing cryptocurrencies.

Problem statement
The development of the web version of the wallet, while maintaining full functionality, was part of the strategy of providing a full-fledged financial management experience on different platforms and operating systems.

Approach
In order to provide users with a holistic experience of interacting with products, it was necessary to develop a web version of the application, preserving the clarity of the interface, the main functionality and design it in the existing style of the company's website.

The main task was to maintain consistency between the web and mobile versions, to work out the flow of synchronization and to make an understandable experience for users.

We held several brainstorming sessions with the team of analysts and engineers to identify the main list of features and use cases relevant to the desktop version.
To provide the most comprehensive user experience across different platforms, we aimed to maintain all the functionality and structure of the application available for the web version.
We identified all the necessary features, prioritized them, and also reviewed the information architecture to align with the main navigation patterns on the desktop.
Special attention was given to the technical aspect—to ensure fast synchronization and update of balance information across platforms.
